Bought a second-hand Kodiaq, trying to figure out which bits I'm missing

Featured Replies

Howdy y'all!

I just received my Kodiaq SE L from Cazoo, this is the exact one I bought: https://www.cazoo.co.uk/car-details/95516209-2403-5266-833b-daff784751f9/

I'm very pleased so far, but there are some bits missing e.g. the torch, umbrellas, and those velcro things that hold loose shopping down in the boot.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the attached image, please?

Gah! I pressed post by mistake 🤦‍♂️

This thing in the boot has lots of empty slots where I assume all sorts of useful gadgets and accessories should live. Does someone have a link, photo, or some info on what I was supposed to receive here, please?

I assume the last owner just didn't put them back when they sold the car to Cazoo 🤷‍♂️

The list of PR Codes will tell you what it left the factory/dealer with.

Sometimes a dealer will print this out, but not always.

I've seen this "Erwin" tool mentioned a lot, is that the sort of place I can get that info?

I think that you can get all your codes, certainly you will be able to see if there are any active campaigns running.

You can also get wiring diagrams/repair information.

Ok great, thanks for this info!

A 2018 SEL should have 2 umbrellas in the doors, a torch in LH side of boot. The Velcro dividers are shown in 2nd picture.

Looks like locking wheel key and plastic tweezers for removing the wheel bolt covers, which you also seem to be missing, are not present.

In the boot you have 2 options.

- Spare wheel, jack, wheel brace, locking wheel nut and a few little bits like a hook and screwdriver

As yours doesnt have the spare it comes with - Tyre gel, Compressor, locking wheel nut, hook and screwdriver.

Id take a guess that the gel was out of date so theyve replaced with the 'Slime' all in one kit - God knows where the compressor has gone though.

And i would be wondering where the locking wheel nut is too.

Thanks for all the info everyone! Cazoo gave me the locking wheel but in a separate container, so it seems I’m all sorted 😁

can’t believe I didn’t notice the Velcro things attached to the side of the boot lol

I also noticed it has the customary second hand car, 3 ditchfinders ( iLink Thunders)  :) thrown on it and 1 probably original Pirelli Scorpion tyre fitted.

And they’ve lost the plastic wheel bolt covers and the tyre valve dust covers as the same time.

Cannot see a locking wheel nut adapter in there, major issue if you haven’t got one. Where the Jack and winder on the Kodiaq.

Yeah he has that thankfully

You only get the jack and wrench  with with the spare wheel option. If the car came without the spare wheel option, you only get the gunk and inflator supplied.

Luckily I've got a jack and wrench spare, I'm going to keep them in the car from now on
