Other than the colour and only one flipper it looks like this.

No idea what it tells you, does it maybe mean Auto-Lock not activated.

Online manual is poor to say the least.

 

Best guess I can come up with is interior lights on/off with door opening?

Interior lights coming on when doors open turned off?

Do you have electric door child locks, is it something to do with that ?

Agreed, I ended up downloading it and printing a copy - so much easier to find things though the manual is the size of an Encylopedia Brittanica volume... 😂
