Fabia 2017 replacing swing unit

I have a Skoda Fabia 2017 with a bog standard swing unit but I’m interested in CarPlay. I’ve seen head units for the same model which would fit however the connections are different. 
Would it be possible to put a new unit in if so is there a harness I need or requiring. Thanks
