MSFW Retrofit... Easy? or find someone else to do it??

I Know this has been asked time and time and time again! but the search is letting me down on my exact query!

I've got a 63 Plate Octavia III SE Estate, 2.0l TDi (150bhp) with a DSG, and apart from only having a MIB 1 Bolero (which I would love to upgrade, but don't have the £700 for an MIB 2.5 system from VW Retrofit at the mo) I also only have the Bog Standard/Dumb 3 Spoke Steering Wheel.

If I was to get all the parts needed to Retrofit an MFSW (with or without Paddles I don't mind) What parts would I need and Where from?? But trumping that question really is "How Easy is the Fit to do??" 

If the Answer is "Don't!! It's not that easy, plus you'd need a Workshop and a VCDs to get it working" My final Questions are - Is there someone out there that can source the parts and Fit/Code them to my car?? Plus What sort of Price would I be looking at for this??
