I am planning to buy damaged Octavia 2018, but there is a problem that the VIN number on the right side is damaged. New part can be bought and it is not expensive,

but comes without VIN number. Has anyone have any experience with that, and how did you manage to solve that problem

That will very much depend on what this needs doing in Croatia.   For your police, insurers or anyone.

 

Best find out what is required, who needs to see the damaged vin, allows a restamp if that is what is required. Photo evidence.
