Hi there wondering if anyone can help a friend of mine activated smartlink for me but the android auto and apple car play icons are missing on the screen I've been told I need to activate these using a vcds or obdeleven ?

I could be wrong, but they seem to be active and ready to pair up, have you plugged in a USB cable?
