Thanks for having me on this forum. I'm Tim, situated in the Netherlands and riding a 2001 Octavia 1 Estate Elegance.  The reason: I have been a life long Skoda fan and always dreamed of owning one.

 

No, I'll be honest: I was looking for an affordable and reliable car with lots of space and this one came up. Simple as that. 😅

 

Over the years, I've ended up on this forum more than I should with the Skoda having a name of being so reliable. Anyway, I've found some useful information here (thanks for that) and now I can use some guidance with a new problem, requiring a post of my own. It's how most of you ended up subscribing I guess.
