Morning all, I haven’t posted here in years but it has come to my attention that my MK1 vRS is still alive and in use!

I have a lot of fond memories of it, it was the only decent car that I bought new, also it was the car that I brought my son home from hospital in when he was born, we had many happy family holidays in it.

I am not looking to buy it back (I don’t think) but it really would be great to see it again, and meet the new owner.

my heart skipped a beat when is discovered it was still about and on a private plate.

it’s a Silver MK1 Octavia vRS

The original registration was MF05 CBX - it is now on VR54 RLS.

I’m not on FB, nevermind.

I was more surprised it’s still going tbh.

Would have been nice to see it again.
