Hi

 

Started my car up and the glow plug light started flashing continuously. Fault code showing is P0727.

 

car seemed to drive absolutely fine, tried turning off and back on, was still flashing when ignition on and when started again.

 

What could this be? Just finishing fixing an oil leak yesterday from the turbo, union adapter for oil feed was loose, cant think that has anything to do with it though?

P0727 relates to the crank position sensor or its wiring. Check you haven't disturbed the wiring while you were working on the car.

Check to see if your brake lights are working too.
