Making the hub diameter bigger where the shock sits in or trimming down the diameter of the shock?

Whats the diameter of the hub and the coils?

Can i do it at home? What tools i need for that?

Use the Felicia top hats?

 

                 Rear Coilovers Golf Mk3

 

Use the stock Felicia top hats?

Plug and play?
