Has anybody else had this issue?. I have noticed that when decelerating down an incline without touching the brake or clutch there is a noise from the engine bay.

When you touch the brakes or clutch the noise goes away. It's hard to describe in words, more of a humming noise i guess, that increases with speed of the car.
