2019 Octavia 1.5 TSI Backrest ski door lock broken / not working

Dear Community, 

 

i just bought a 2019 Octavia and realized that the little ski door behind the armrest of the back seat is broken, i am unable to close. The lock "tongue" is not coming out and the red lock in the back is stuck. 

Can anybody help how to fix this? 

Is it possible to buy this part separately, if yes how can i find the part number? My VIN number is TMBJR7NE0L002xxxx.

 

Can anybody help to identify the problem and the part number for this?
