also how do I change modes from eco to normal. I don’t have a button on the dash as one you tube video description, searched the manual, every menus and I can’t find anywhere. On an I’ve 60 April 23 registered? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

'SAFELOCK' is a reminder that when you lock the car it will be deadlocked... meaning it cannot be opened from the inside, so if you are going to lock it with a person inside always press the lock button TWICE this turns OFF the deadlock function,

 

The mode change is probably done through the infotainment screen, I'm sure an Enyaq owner will be along soon enough to tell you how.
