It's a 2021 Skoda Octavia 1.5 TSI petrol. There's this "clanging" sound that starts halfway. Is that normal or not?

Sorry no idea.  That sounds terrible, like a diesel.

 

What is the story over servicing history, anything recent, is it had an oil & filter service recently?

41k km atm. Writing on engine cover is oil type they used in the factory.

I've heard those 1.5 TSI engine sound kind of diesel-y due to their high pressure fuel injection.

It has had 5 services over the years. Most recent one is 2 months ago with new oil and filter.

Is it showing it as 0w 20 FS IV,  so to VW508 00 / 509 00.  ? 

 

The oil filled at the factory and hopefully at the Oil & Filter Services.

Yes, exactly. Services had some oil.
