Unlocking MFD Digital MPH Speedo on Mk 2 Superb

Afternoon all, quick Question, I’m wanting to unlock the digital Mph Speedo reading in the  MFD display in between the clocks on the Mk 2 Superb with VCDS or VAG system not sure which one does it 

seen on some facebook groups of it being done by changing region to unlock this as a tick box options under the MFD display 
Does anyone know anyone or any places in West Yorkshire that can do this

Basically you swap to Australia as country to unlock this using VCDS (or OBDeleven).  The first link should help you find a local member who can help or if you search on VCDS on eBay there will likely be someone offering coding changes on a more commercial basis.  The second link should provide whoever does the coding with the necessary information to implement the mod, 5 minute job
