Hi, does anyone know an Exhaust Manufacturer except Friedrich and Supersprint?

i had the Supersprint in addition with straight pipe  and the Sound was terrible, just deep. Even the Pops and Bangs it inhaled, not much to hear.

Few months ago i installed a Ragazzon from Seat Ibiza 6F. Nice Sound but a little bit like a can. So i installed middle sports exhaust from Ibiza too. Better, but not what i want. Of course from 1.5 liter TSI is not much to effort. But then there is this nice manufacture in Taiwan, and it sounds awesome. But cannot ship due to problems with China.

So if anyone knows a brand or modifier please tell me.

Hayward and Scott.com made me a straight through stainless steel exhaust for my Subaru Impreza many years ago. It retained that lovely Subaru ‘burble’ .They were well known in the Scooby community

Is this your scala in the picture or just a random one. If it is yours where did u get the rear diffuser/valence and exhaust.

Would you mind giving any tips because im looking to do the same to mine.

You need a brand new stock diffuser 6578075219B9 or use the present for the base shape and mounting clips.

Then you need PU Foam, fiberglass fabric, fiberglass filler, some metal pins.

Then you can do freestyle whatever you want. I don’t know if you are familiar with handcrafting. You need a lot of time for that, cutting grinding filling grinding filling grinding filling….

Tenía el Supersprint además con escape recto y el sonido era terrible, simplemente profundo. Incluso los chasquidos y explosiones que inhalaba eran poco audibles.

The diffuser on the picture is hand made

Used a second used OEM Diffuser for shape and mounting points template. Just freestyle. Exhaust is from Ibiza 5f FR. Exhaust tips you find everywhere.

No, the whole exhaust is from ibiza. The holes from diffuser appear when removing the dummies from ABT diffuser. Then insert the octavia exhaust tips. There is just connection with the diffuser, not with the exhaust. Like on octavia

I used Ragazzon for Ibiza 5F. Downpipe, middle and exhaust. Search on their hompage or Ragazzon distributor in your Country. It is not Plug and Play due to longer wheelbase from Scala. You have to order an extra piece of Pipe, about 10-15cm in length and same diameter of the exhaust system. You can extend downpipe or middle pipe.

And you have to remove some plastic bottom cover on the right side + add heat protection next to fuel pipes and trunk bottom.

For making it OEM i removed the flap control from the original exhaust and welded it between exhaust and additional pipe right. Cable extension for flap control you can order at kufatec germany.
