Hello everyone i need some help about my RNS315

I need some update a firmware, becouse my Bluetooth and phone is locked, but i cannot get access with vcds, probably a getaway modul is problem or something

It is a Skoda Octavia VRS 2006

Can someone get me info about cd update or something?
