Radio Problem, possible CD stuck

Posting on behalf on Mcgyver, his Stream radio is acting up. He thinks there might be a CD jammed in it although its saying theres no CD in it.

Is there anyway to get it out ?

The car is under warranty, would it be covered.

Take it to the dealers and let them find out whats wrong. If the car is under warrenty then I can't see why it wouldn't be covered.
