After changing battery the yellow airbag warning light stays on, nothing showing on any displays just the light.garage said to run it for a couple of days to see if that clears it but it hasn't.dissconected the battery again but still the same,any ideas?

You'll need diagnostic equipment to check what the cause is and hopefully just clear whatever code caused the airbag light to turn on.

 

Once on, it won't clear itself

Change your garage! They should know that this is a latching warning, and will stay on until actively reset even if there isn't an issue other than something related to the new battery.
