Hi im new to the vrs range and i have a 2012 tfsi . Whats the standard boost pressure for this engine???

If you think you have a boost fault, focusing on the maximum numbers wont really help sorry.

You first need to make sure there are no boost leaks followed by comparing requested and actual boost levels through live data.

I dont have any issues with the car i just wanted to know the boost pressure .

I have attached a universal relay but the towbar lights do not work?? see image There is power but lights do not work? Do i need to add something? help! Just to confirm I have fitted the towbar and wiring as stated on the products i brought to do this. is this the problem?? - multiplexed CAN bus electrical system. I need a cheap quick solution. Mark

Sadly said goodbye to my mk4 vrs estate in black last weekend. Exactly 3 years old, 28k miles - a great car (apart from the Bridgestone tyres!) If anyone is after a good mk4 with pan roof, winter pack and complete Skoda service history, they have it for sale at Winchester Skoda and Ryan is your man. Took delivery of a brand new stock vrs estate in Smokey Silver. Tow bar, winter pack, pan roof, dcc, canton and simply clever pack. Early thoughts are they it sounds so much nicer on the exhaust not

Diesel / oil leak in engine bay - safe to drive ?

Hi. I have a leak of diesel or oil from my Octavia 1.6 diesel engine and I am taking it to get steam cleaned etc today before driving down to a garage for them to check the leak . Is it ok for me to continue to drive my car around ? I have been for quite a while with this burning smell, the garage has said it should be fine but I just wanted some other advice. No warning lights come on and the car runs ok . Thank you.
