I saw an arch kit on eBay a couple of days ago that looked a bit similar. Don't know for sure if it was the same one, but it looked as though it may have been a genuine Skoda part.

I know of a complete carbon fibre wide arch kit for the Fabia. Looking at around a couple of grand+, unpainted though. Its replacement panels for the whole car.

You can get a wide arch kit from AAT.

Not sure if it is quite the same as the one on the Silver Fabia, but it does look similar.
