Hi all I’ve replaced the tailgate struts on my superb. However still the same issue with the new struts? Goes up halfway and stops. Tried setting the height and still the same. And won’t close by the button. No fault codes showing. I’m I missing something 

Did you calibrate the new struts via diagnostic software?

That’s odd. Were there fault codes on the original struts, showing they were the issue?
