Sounds like a bargain if they can diagnose correctly.  What like is the service waiting area, drinks and pastries?

How far away is the nearest Skoda or VW Group Main dealer?

This is the main dealer. No waiting area, not offered drink nor any food available. Maybe I’ve just been out the game too long, I thought this was extortionate but after looking round it seems to be the going rate… 🤯

Is it not just that they do not want Skoda owners coming to them?  If they do there is the diagnosis, then hourly rates.

Are there many Skoda Taxi, Uber about?     Is there a Skoda Dealer near?

I see now,  McLaren £160,  Skoda £162. 

 

They can be greedy barstewards, 

no point going to them then unless you are sure it will be covered under warranty.

 

Best avoid them for buy new or used as well.   Go where people are happy to earn a living and make reasonable profits.

 

Maybe the Dealership Owners / Directors drive McLarens.
