The cars microphone has stopped working in my Scala. I first noticed it when I made a handsfree call a few days ago and the other party couldn't hear me at all. I thought it was just a temporary bug with Bluetooth or my phone, but after repeated attempts to get it working I am at a loss.

 

The voice commands do not work from the from the button on the steering wheel, nor does the voice commands through Android Auto. 

 

Has anyone got any advice before I make a trip back to the dealership? I'd hate to go there and find I've missed a setting or something.

Still finding my way around the technology in my Scala, so not sure. It is possible you have somehow muted the mic?
