Multimedia stuck, can’t pull out

Featured Replies

Hi there, please your advise regarding multimedia system that I can’t pull out.
It feels like it stuck inside with even no space to get my hand in.
I added videos, any creativity action or advise will be appreciated 💪🏼

Take the plugs off?

Can’t do it with my hand, afraid to pull it harder and cut the cables.

You'll probably need a pick to press down on the release form the plug, why are you trying to remove it?

What do you pick to press?

I am trying to get it out in order to connect reverse camera kit that I have,

You'll probably need a right angle pick it a small screwdriver to push on the clip and release the plug, there are plenty of guides on here if you use the search.

Do you mean to this part in the photos attached?

I found it on YouTube…

I need to understand how I am going to push it out another 2-3 cm..because in the current situation I can’t even insert my fingers..

Remove the entire glovebox assembly and release it from that, its a whole lot easier.
