ACC Retrofit help!

Could anyone help me with my retrofit of the ACC. 

I have a mk3 octy vrs with the front assist and CC installed from factory. I see a few retrofit outfits offering the service, so thought I'd give it a try myself before I lump up a £500 to them. I've successfully other adaptions in the past. 

I've attached both of my read files. I used a stalk from a 2018 superb (5Q0.953.507.HB), the only thing I kept the same was the clock spring as I was unsure if this would cause other issues. 

Currently I have various faults but most importantly, no ACC or CC for that matter. I have the ACC show up in my infotainment menu but nothing on the dash. 

Any pointers?
