Skoda app auxiliary heater not showing

Good afternoon Gent's,

Need a bit of advice.

I have a Octavia iV 2021.

I have installed the My Skoda app, i activate the 3 months free subscription for Care Connect and Infotainment Online, but i can't find all the options from those sections.

For example the auxiliary heater, or charging location, not showing at all on the home page.

Any advice helps.
