hi guys,

 

my skoda won't update maps version and I cannot get my head around why. Maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong?! Screenshots below.

Update from Skoda AU homepage.

 

 

 

 

 

Zip file.

 

 

Unzipped on SD card.

 

 

 

 

 

Then SD card into either slot in the car (I tested both) and go to Update (SD/USB). Nav is thinking, but comes up with message that no update is available.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

in most cases Škoda provides updates for unlimited period,

but technically, max date can be set by FEC(Function Enabling Codes) / SWaP(SoftWare as Product) code written in head unit

check by first your FEC code

I assume my FEC code is 083d0008?

 

 

 

 

Which comes up with no expiration date?
