Means there was voltage present when not expected or no voltage present when expected or voltage wrong value.

Time to get a multimeter onto a terminal 15 connection.

And if I check the voltage, how will I know what is wrong? I got more faults..

Terminal 15 is ignition so:

- if there is voltage present with the ignition off that's wrong

- if there is NO voltage present when the ignition on that's wrong

- if there is voltage present with the ignition on but it's not in the range 12-14V then that's wrong

This is very basic vehicle electrics, so I have to ask do you have the skills to fault find this?

Are there any wired in accessories (such as a DashCam) on the car?
