Bluetooth Issues/smartlink not working

can someone help me please? 

last week bluetooth and carplay disappeared from my car! the navigation and telephone doesn't work either!! when I choose smartlink, it tells me to go to the dealer ! when I look in bluetooth settings I can't find it anymore! 

many say to check software update! 

I checked with some friends who have Skoda Superb MK3 also from 2016-2017, and their software is MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0369T where I find a lot of information on the Internet!

but in my Skoda it is MHI2_ER_SKG11_P2104_1 and no information! 

has anyone had similar problems with bluetooth and smartlink?

Hi VasilePro, just experiencing the same issue along with nav and Bluetooth not working. Did you have any luck resolving you issue? I am thinking of updating the software on mine from MHI2_ER_SKG11_P2104_1 to MHI2_ER_SKG11_K3343_1.
