telephone problem and sky

hi all,

we have recently had a fault develop with our telephone system. bt have checked the line and all is ok.

the issue is when the sky box is plugged into the telephone line its been fine up until last week. now when its plugged in the phone wont work as if its takenup the line. you no longer get a dialing tone etc. but when u unplug the sky box the phone is fine again:confused:

Either a faulty phone cable or something more serious wrong with your set top box. If the set top box is under 12 months old then its' still under warranty, if not then just unplug it from the Phone system. You only sign up to keeping it plugged in to the phone system for 12 months with Sky so they shuldn't give you a hard time.
