when buying Superb with sat nav, are they preloaded with europe down to street level,also are or can they be updated annually? I tow a caravan with a Superb 1.9 Tdi Pd Comfort and wondering if Skoda's sat nav have the option of vehicle type For example "Large vehicle" Quickest route" "Shortest route" I dont want to tow a caravan down narrow road uneccessary. Any information will be appreciated.

The Sat Nav unit allows you to define your route option, whether it be 'Shortest', Quickest', 'Motorways', etc so you should be fine on that score.

The Sat Nav unit works off a Data CD and depending on which CD you have in the unit then that holds all the maps for that country. So in my case I have a CD for the UK, one for France, one for Germany, etc.

As my unit was second hand I have no idea what discs a brand new unit pre-fitted into a Superb would come with? Can any one else confirm this?
