Mk4 Steering wheel retrofit

Hi

I want to retrofit Mk4 vrs steering wheel on my Skoda Octavia 2019 Automatic transmission. The original steering wheel has no pedal shifters so I bought Mk4 steering wheel with no pedal shifters. I will leave a link below the one I bought.

Can someone please helm me find right emulator/decoder/converter to make back switch work.

I have seen couple of options but I am not sure which one to buy and whether it will work on steering wheel with no pedal shifters.

I have seen couple of post but they all require coding and soldering etc. I am looking for plug and play option.
