Indicator LED not working and coolant light flashing instead?!

Hi all,

Bit of a weird issue and it looks like it's probably an earth?

Basically when i'm indicating right the right arrow on the cluster doesn't appear or flash but the red coolant icon pops up at the time when the indicator light should. 

The indicators are all working absolutely spot on and there's no issues there.

To me it sounds like there's probably an earth thats got corrosion on it etc, does anyone know of any common issues here? I've had a search but nothing obvious at all
