Hi, any ideas on CarPlay not recognising files from by iPhone? 

USB cable is good - proven with same iPhone and cable in another car with CarPlay 

CarPlay in my fabia is working - again proven with another iPhone (same cable) 

 

any ideas welcome 🙏 

I haven’t come across that (yet). What kind of files are you referring to, and which App would normally access them?

Have you tried using Bluetooth to connect.
