I can only suggest that we bury this article down a very deep hole, on an uninhabited island in the middle of the Pacific. If the Dept Of Transport see this, they might think it's a good idea! I liked the notes at the end:

I'm also surprised that actuaries have a sense of humour. They've always been defined to me as people who found accountancy too exciting!
