Superb MkII Combi/wagon reverse camera stopped working, showing test card pattern.

Hi All

Yesterday the reverse camera in my 2013 Superb Combi started displaying the test card image instead of the camera view.  The parking sensors are working as normal. 

I haven't tried anything yet other than a soft reset of the Columbus RNS510.

Before I go any further, has anyone else experienced this, and what might the fix be? I suspect it may be just the camera unit failure or a cable damage issue.

Any insight before I go further will be most gratefully received.
