What size discs does the RS4 (b5) model have on it???

It is specifiaclly the caliper carriers i am looking at using.

RS4 brakes are huge though!

Audi rs4 has different stud centres to the skoda

Also the caliper is mounted on the rear of the disc and not the front, different hub/suspension set up also.

While we are on the subject of brakes do 312mm Audi TT 225bhp brakes fit on Octavia A4 1.8T 4x4 Est?

Would I really notice that much of a difference?? I haven't even driven a vRS with the brake upgrade but I find the brakes are brilliant anyway.

lol... They seem pretty powerful and resistant again brake fade. But then again they don't stop nothing like an RS6 or a 911 (Even though it's an old one, a 993 Turbo. I imagine new ones stop even quicker).

i could get mine to fade quite easily before i upgraded them

This is what i am looking to do, but saw some RS4 ones on ebay and just thought i would ask about them too.

All i want to do is get some caliper carriers, 312mm discs and new pads. I thought it would be fairly easy but getting the carriers is proving somewhat difficult:mad:

WHile i don't want to tread on anyones toes, assuming they're the normal TT carriers, have you tried giving VAGParts a call and having a chat with Martyn or Alan?

They do a lot of 312mm upgrades for us Passat boys, the discs might be different, but the carriers are off the TT 225 for us too......
