Seeking Mk3 Superb. Advice please!

Hi folks,

Currently seeking a Mk3 Superb. Really want an auto although there doesn’t seem to be many around. How are the diesels? I’d prefer the 1.4tsi as I hear good things about them but what about the 1.5 or 2l? Do the diesels have many issues with DPF etc? May have to settle for one if I can’t find a petrol auto. Other than that anything else to be wary of?

I have a 2012 Octavia 2, bought in 2013, with 10,000 recorded mileage which is 111194. The vehicle has been reliable but recently has shown signs of having water in the boot. Right now it is bone dry. I use a car port here at home. Can Briskoda tell me how water might be getting in ? I want to fix this problem before the rains return !

There is an on/off setting for this in Vehicle Setting > Instrument Cluster, but it doesn't seem to do anything on my year old car. So does anyone know what it's supposed to do? I still have doubts that TSR is working at all in my car. As a supplementary question, is there a difference in behaviour between when TSR sees a speed limit sign as opposed to the change in limit being detected by GPS map data? Scenario would be comparing a clearly visible clean sign to one broken or covered in alga

75 plate Karoq SE 1.5 tsi Petrol 8266 mileage PCP I was getting some intermittent funky sounds from the car recently and long story short the front drivers brake disc was found to be 30% worn. As we’re about to go on a two week driving-heavy holiday I had it replaced so am now £450 lighter and absolutely fuming about the whole thing!!!! I’ve only had the car since September! Am I being totally unreasonable to think this is effing ridiculous at this point in ownership?? This is my 3rd karoq:

Hi Everyone, I am a Lady driver who owns a Skoda Yeti (best car I have every had) since 2011. I live in France and recently, we have had weeks of 38 to 40 degrees everyday. It is horrendous.
