Hello,

I read the update is not easy and may require some hardware to attach. This is my status now, any quick/easy upgrade for Samsung S23 connectitiby ?

If you are unsure that you can do the update then ask the dealer. don't let them fob you off though. That said different hardware configurations may use different versions of software to give best performance. With infotainment I've learnt that if it ain't broke then don't fix it.

Thanks, but I cannot connect my S23 to it, while with A55 it works. I read a new update can help me...

I don't think you can connect 2 phone simultaneously. I think you need to un-pair the older phone first.

Again, A55 works, and S23 does not - separately. I understand it's a matter of Bolero/Multimedia update to 1800 version at least...

anybody can help?

Yes your dealer can help but will probably charge you.

If you are good with computers it may be possible to do it yourself but if you make a mistake then you'll ruin the infotainment.

Thanks. Is it just an upgrade using a USB drive, or do I need to connect an OBD device?
