1.2 TDI Torque Settings

I've recently purchased a 2012 1.2 TDI Fabia Estate, and previously had 2007 1.4 TDI Fabia as a learner vehicle for my partner. Looking though the Digital Haynes Manual i purchased at the time It only covers 2007-10 and the 1.4TDI. I could do with the torque setting for the rocker cover and inlet manifold if someone is kind enough to pass on.
