My "Connect" and "Infotainment Online Update" subscriptions expired on 1st August.
I successfully renewed my Connect subscription and all is working perfectly.

My (attempted) purchase of the Infotainment update renewal not so.

Try as I might, using exactly the same method on three different devices, I am unable
even to access either the order form or the Website Shop - despite following the
URL link provided by Skoda. I receive messages saying that the website IP address
is unavailable.

I am rapidly losing interest in renewing - has anyone else had such problems?

It might depend on the age of the car.

AFAIK all online services should renew via the app now.

Thanks. No not the age of the car as it is the Skoda Web page which was proving faulty.

Skoda sent me link, which didn't work and gave me a message that the site could not be found. Tried it on phone, two computers and a totally separate person just in case it was our router/WiFi but with no luck.

Reported back to Skoda who "for my convenience" submitted "the link" again.

Surprise surprise, it worked.

Clearly demonstrating there was a fault despite their claims.
