Hi all my obe is not connecting to ecu it works in my other car could it be a fuse there is power as scanner lights up not sure where to go next.

Which dongle? OBD eleven?

Check power. The fuses are in your handbook or you can download the manual from Skoda yourself.

With the OBD 11 dongle, I've often had it light up but no connection. I pushed the dongle firmly once and noticed that it was stuck.

I think it's only got 1 fuse and it runs headlight adjust as well that works fine as for scanner it's an aftermarket one it works in new car 2025 reg but not in my 2015 skoda.

There's a permanent 12V pin on the OBD socket, if the fuse to that is blown the diagnostic cable won't work.

There is definitely power as it powers my dash cam

Try the reader in another vehicle, this will determine whether it's a faulty reader 👍
