TST 5000 protection system

When I got the new car I opted for the above paint protection scheme offered by my local dealer.

It came with a small bottle of car wash and cleaner. Being a small bottle I wanted to get a replacement. My local dealer said he didn't have any and referred me to the number on the guarantee. I've phoned the number twice (the UK distributor being a chemical company based in Crawley and asked for the sales rep to call me back - my first call being over 2 weeks ago).

Has anyone else had experience of this particular paint protection system and how you get hold of the car wash. I am also trying to get hold of some + the cleaner for my boss who had the same treatment on his new VRS but which wasn't supplied when he picked the car up (he lives some way from the dealer whereas it is on my doorstep).
