Hi. Hoping someone can help. I'm having trouble updating the map on my 2021 IV.

I've downloaded the file, copied it to a 128gb drive, extracted the file, and it now looks like this. Have left disk in car's drive for 2 weeks, but nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks.

It needs to be on a freshly formatted USB stick with nothing else present, your screenshot suggests that it's in a partition of a USB HDD or SSD, which probably won't work due to power draw constraints.

Put it on a USB stick. TBQH I don't use the on board system as it has taken me off course and the licence for it has expired. I use Waze or Google Maps as they tend to be better and more responsive.
