6, 17, and 25, Wipers still operate, but these fuses are not blown.

I have removed and checked as many fuses as I can and cannot find a blown fuse ?

any thoughts on where to go next will be much appreciated please.

Try fuse 39 - Control lever under the steering wheel, front and rear window wash.
