No option to Fade Speakers front to back on Infotainment

Hi,

I recently bought a '22 Kamiq and found that the rear speakers aren't working.

When I go to the Sound > Position section of the infotainment screen, I have the cross on the screen and I am able to fade the speakers left to right, however there are no arrows on the vertical axis and you cannot fade the speakers front to back.

I have tried a Hard and Factory reset but this does not fix the issue. I have briefly read that maybe this means a wire is bust or a speaker is broken which is causing the fading to rear option to be removed, but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

Any help would be appreciated.
