Amundsen MIB2 update

Featured Replies

I apologise for the fact that this subject has likely been covered numerous times, but I'll ask anyway. My 2018 Superb estate has an Amundsen MIB2 unit by all accounts (touchscreen with 2 rotating knobs) and I have entered my VIN number into the Skoda portal for the latest maps. The download has 1 folder called Maps and a labelled md5sum.txt file. According to the manual on the portal, there should be 2 folders - MiB1 / MiB2 and an info2.txt file. How do I go about updating the SD card with just a Maps folder or is my system too old to update now?

Thanks in advance.

Ah, thank you. I guess I should take out my card and actually see what’s on it, but I will follow the link you’ve provided.
