Auxiliary driving lights wiring

I’m thinking of installing some LED auxiliary lights behind the grill to aid the current LED lights in my 2026 Octavia as I live in a very rural location in the Scottish Highlands and very dark roads

Before I go ahead making brackets etc and wiring them up does anyone know if I tap into the high beam wire to use as a switching wire for the relay with it throw up and fault codes on the dash? Modern cars are so sensitive to current changes etc I wanted to check first.
