Need to fit new arb bushes to front bar.

Which type of grease do i use?

Could do with one that you can get from local motorfactors.

You'll need Silicone grease they should sell it at your local motorfactors (probably under the name high temp grease)

I like BNS grease.

Is it ok to use comma constant velocity grease or do i just get something like Castrol LM Grease.

don't use petroleum based grease on any rubber bush components, it will affect the rubber (i'm assuming arb bushes will be rubber in this case? )

As suggested, silicone based grease is best as it will be inert.
